Chelona’s Rise

Chelona’s Rise stands on the southwestern tip of the Moonlight Altar, so you can only reach it late in Ranni the Witch‘s questline. Its door is sealed with a riddle you may recognise by now: seek three great wise beasts.

The beasts are giant spectral turtles hidden around the plateau. Strike all three and the tower opens. Inside waits Ranni’s Dark Moon, one of the most beautiful sorceries in the game.
