Cathedral of Manus Celes
The Cathedral of Manus Celes is a large, broken cathedral on top of the Moonlight Altar. Glintstone Dragon Adula guards it, and this time the dragon fights to the end.
Inside, the floor glitters with Starlight Shards. Near the back, a hole leads down into a small cavern, and that is where the last part of Ranni the Witch‘s questline takes place.

How to get there
Reach the Moonlight Altar through Ranni’s questline. The cathedral is the large building in the middle of the plateau.
Lore
The cathedral looks a lot like the Church of Vows, which suggests both were built by the same people: the Nox, who were later banished underground.
