Rivermouth Cave

Rivermouth Cave is a Bloodfiend den. Bloodfiends and Bloodfiend Hexers crowd its passages, and deeper in you can catch them in the middle of a ritual. Wolves prowl around the area outside.

At the end waits the Chief Bloodfiend, a giant of its kind swinging a massive arm-shaped club. It is optional, but it guards some useful materials and rewards.

The surroundings are worth a look too. A cave behind a guarded waterfall just east of here hides the Two-Headed Turtle Talisman, and to the west a hanging pot holds the Mushroom-Seller’s Bell Bearing [1], which you need to shoot down.
