Bloodfiend

Bloodfiends are the descendants of a conquered tribe that turned to the Formless Mother and was transformed. They carry sacred spears and pour out blood, sometimes their own, as offerings to her.

You find them across the Realm of Shadow: in the Gravesite Plain (Prospect Town, Cliffroad Terminus, Ellac River Cave, Rivermouth Cave and east of Castle Ensis), around Rauh Base, in Scadu Altus, at the Bloodfiend Ruins and other spots in the Ancient Ruins of Rauh, and in the Stone Coffin Fissure. In Prospect Town some can be seen drinking the blood of others while a Bloodfiend Hexer holds up its spear.
