Collapsing Stars throws out a volley of gravity projectiles, and any enemy they hit is pulled toward you. Charging makes it stronger. It is a gravity sorcery for well-invested Intelligence builds.

Where to find it

Found in a chest in the War-Dead Catacombs, in the scarlet swamp water on the lower level of the big hall where the phantoms fight each other.
