Lansseax’s Glaive

Lansseax’s Glaive conjures a huge blade of red lightning above you and sweeps it across the area in front, leaving a trail of lightning that keeps hitting after the main swing. It needs a serious 40 Faith, so it belongs in dedicated Faith or dragon cult builds.

The wind-up is slow, but the wide arc makes it a great tool for clearing groups.

Where to find it

Defeat Ancient Dragon Lansseax on the Altus Plateau. She is found south of the Rampartside Path site of grace, outside the wall leading to the Capital Outskirts.

Item description & lore

The incantation draws on the strength of the ancient dragon Lansseax, sister of Fortissax. Legend says she took human form and served as a priestess of the ancient dragon cult so she could speak with the knights.

Notes & tips

  • Costs 45 Stamina to cast.
  • Each Gravel Stone Seal in an active hand boosts damage by 15% (two max).
  • Each worn piece of Death Knight armor adds a small 2% boost.
  • Too slow against tough single targets, but very effective against crowds.
