They are not very strong, but they are slippery thanks to their cartwheel dodges, and the frostbite they inflict makes the target take more damage.

Where to find it

Found on a corpse in a cemetery east of Caria Manor in Liurnia of the Lakes. The spot sits on the high cliffs behind the manor, so you can only get there after beating Royal Knight Loretta.
