Dung Eater Puppet

This puppet summons the Dung Eater, who swings a spine greatsword that builds up blood loss and throws curses that deal holy damage. It is a strong late-game summon with a fairly involved unlock.

Where to find it

Free the Dung Eater beneath Leyndell, Royal Capital, beat him at the pond where you met Blackguard Big Boggart, then bring Seluvis’s Potion back to him in his cell. After buying Preceptor Seluvis‘s first two puppets, reload the area and exhaust Seluvis’s dialogue. The option to ask for a new puppet then appears, and this one costs 5 Starlight Shards.

Item description & lore

The Dung Eater killed thousands and defiled their bodies with the Seedbed Curse. As a puppet he looks hideous and sinister, yet his deep despair somehow makes you want to look after him.
