Effect
Greatly raises potency of Incantations
Where to find it
Taken from the corpse of Gowry at the end of Millicent‘s questline. You can either help Millicent and then kill Gowry yourself, or kill Millicent and then return to Gowry to find him already dead.
Item description & lore
This cloth shows a whole crowd of masked worshippers rather than a small group. It carries the same message as its smaller sibling: the faithful, by believing firmly in the unseen, lend strength even to the one who founded their creed.
