Isolated Merchant (Liurnia of the Lakes)

This Isolated Merchant has set up camp just outside the Academy of Raya Lucaria in Liurnia of the Lakes. Look for him and his Mule at the bottom of an overgrown staircase southeast of the Main Academy Gate Site of Grace.

He belongs to the Nomadic Merchants and wears their familiar hat, finery and trousers.
