Where to find it

Found in a chest at the top of the Converted Fringe Tower in northeast Liurnia of the Lakes (not the Converted Tower in the southwest). Wear a glintstone crown and perform the Erudition gesture from Thops in front of the statue of Marika. This reveals a hidden ladder up to the chest.

Item description & lore

A glintstone sorcery of the Academy of Raya Lucaria, taken from the conspectus of Haima, the academy’s adjudicator. It uses force to put an end to conflict.
