Ash of War: No Skill

No Skill does exactly what it says: it removes the skill from a shield or torch. If the weapon in your other hand has a skill, that one is used instead.

It grants no affinity. It is a utility pick for players who want their right-hand weapon’s skill available while holding a shield in the left.

Where to find it

Sold for 600 Runes by Bernahl, either at the Warmaster’s Shack in Stormhill or later in the Drawing Room of Volcano Manor.

If Bernahl dies before you buy it, give Bernahl’s Bell Bearing to the Twin Maiden Husks and buy it from them for the same price.

Once you own it, Smithing Master Hewg can duplicate it in exchange for Lost Ashes of War.
