Ash of War: Blood Tax

Blood Tax has you twist your body to wind up, then unleash a rapid flurry of thrusts that drain the target’s blood and HP.

It grants the Blood affinity and works on any weapon that can thrust, colossal weapons excepted. Blood scales with Arcane, so it belongs in a bleed build.

Dropped by a Scarab in a small cave in the eastern rock wall by the lake of blood in Mohgwyn Palace, north of the Palace Approach Ledge-Road Site of Grace.
