Tibia Mariner
Tibia Mariners are ghostly ferrymen who glide over water in their boats, ringing for the dead to rise. Wherever you find one, you also find skeletons, Those Who Live in Death, coming back up again and again.
The first one rows through Summonwater Village in Limgrave. Others haunt Liurnia, the Wyndham Ruins on the Altus Plateau and the cold land near Castle Sol.

How to beat it
Ignore the skeletons as much as you can and go straight for the boat. The Mariner teleports when you get close, so follow it and keep hitting. Holy damage and weapons that target the undead finish the fight quickly.
