Ancient Dragon-Man

The Ancient Dragon-Man was once a drake warrior who hunted great dragons, until he became something like a dragon himself. You meet him twice in the Gravesite Plain: first as an invader on the road southwest of the Pillar Path Waypoint grace, and then as a boss at the bottom of the Dragon’s Pit.

Beating the boss version opens the way to the Foot of the Jagged Peak.

Part of the Shadow of the Erdtree expansion, in the Land of Shadow.

How to beat it

He fights like a player with a great katana: fast, aggressive and prone to dodging. He has zero poise, so quick weapons can interrupt him again and again. Even crouching light attacks with a whip can keep him locked down from a safe distance. He carries one flask of healing.
