Carian Grandeur also turns your blade into a large magical greatsword for a downward swing, but you can charge it up to two levels for extra power.
It grants the Magic affinity, so it suits an Intelligence build, and works on swords except colossal ones.

Where to find it
Found on a body in Caria Manor in Liurnia of the Lakes. From the Royal Moongazing Grounds Site of Grace, drop down several levels on the cliff to the southeast, past a group of jar enemies and a Cracked Pot. The exact spot is on top of the standalone gate on the path toward the Manor Lower Level Site of Grace.
Once you own it, Smithing Master Hewg can duplicate it in exchange for Lost Ashes of War.
Notes & tips
- Works on daggers, straight swords, greatswords, thrusting swords, heavy thrusting swords, curved swords, curved greatswords, katanas and twinblades.
- Standard and Magic affinities are available by default. Heavy, Keen and Quality open up with the Iron Whetblade, and Cold with the Glintstone Whetblade.
