Where to find it

Sold for 2,500 Runes by Sorcerer Rogier, whom you meet in Stormveil Castle and later at the Roundtable Hold.

If Rogier dies before you buy it, give Rogier’s Bell Bearing to the Twin Maiden Husks and buy it from them for the same price.

Once you own it, Smithing Master Hewg can duplicate it in exchange for Lost Ashes of War.
