Sorcerer Rogier
Sorcerer Rogier is a polite, cheerful sorcerer you first meet as a summon for the fight against Margit, the Fell Omen. Inside Stormveil Castle he sits in a quiet chapel, studying a mystery, and later he moves to the Roundtable Hold.
He sells a few Ashes of War and gives you his own rapier, and his questline draws you into the Night of the Black Knives and the secrets of Ranni the Witch. He is good company, and his story is a quiet, sad one.
