Ash of War: Gravitas

Gravitas grants the Magic affinity: you thrust your weapon into the ground to open a gravity well that damages enemies and pulls them in towards you.

It fits most melee armaments, though not small armaments or whips, and suits Intelligence builds that like to group foes up.

Where to find it

A guaranteed drop from an Alabaster Lord on the beach southeast of the Stranded Graveyard in Limgrave. Head southeast from the Seaside Ruins Site of Grace, just south of the Dragon-Burnt Ruins, and look for a Spiritspring to its right. The Alabaster Lord patrols beneath an archway on the sand.

Once you own it, you can duplicate it with Smithing Master Hewg using Lost Ashes of War.

Item description & lore

A technique that began with the Alabaster Lords, beings whose skin was made of stone.
