Storm Assault sends you leaping forward through a swirl of storm wind before you drive your weapon down into the ground, kicking up more wind where it lands.

It grants the Quality affinity and works on thrusting polearms, heavy thrusting swords and twinblades, so it suits a Strength and Dexterity build.

A guaranteed drop from a Scarab on the western cliffside of Stormveil Castle. Drop down from the outer rampart to the west, just north of the Rampart Tower Site of Grace, on the same route where the Marred Wooden Shield lies.

Once you own it, Smithing Master Hewg can duplicate it in exchange for Lost Ashes of War.
