Stormhawk

Stormhawks are large birds whose feathers are wrapped in swirling winds. They live in the parts of the Lands Between tied to storms and swoop down at you from above.

You meet them at Stormveil Castle, the Divine Tower of Limgrave, the Grand Lift of Rold, Zamor Ruins, Castle Sol, the Snow Valley Ruins Overlook on the Mountaintops of the Giants, perched on cliffs in the Great Hollow, and in Crumbling Farum Azula.

How to beat it

They are fragile but hard to pin down while flying. Wait for the dive, dodge it, and hit them while they are close to the ground, or knock them down with arrows and spells.

Lore

Stormhawks lived as one with the storm. They were proud warriors who once served the Storm Lord of Stormveil, back when the winds of Stormhill raged like nowhere else. Some had their talons cruelly replaced with metal ones and became Warhawks, and Nepheli Loux fights with a pair of axes designed to look like them.
