Haligtree Foot Soldier

These foot soldiers carry Miquella’s blessing and defend Elphael, Brace of the Haligtree. They rarely stand alone; usually you meet a group of them close to a Haligtree Soldier or a Haligtree Knight.

Their gear varies. Dagger and short sword users are quick on their feet, while those with spears or torchpoles are slower. Some hang back and throw Poison Pots, and others man ballistae to shell you from a distance.

How to beat it

Deal with the ranged ones first, especially the pot throwers and anyone on a ballista, then pick off the melee soldiers. The real danger is the group, so pull them one or two at a time if you can.

When a foot soldier drops to half health it ignites a sacred spark inside itself and charges at you. Do not ignore that moment: back off or finish it quickly.
