Withered Astel

Withered Astels, also known as Malformed Stars, are strange insect-like beings with long bodies made of linked spheres, thin many-jointed limbs ending in six-fingered hands, see-through wings and a human skull for a head. They look almost exactly like Astel, Naturalborn of the Void, except that the spheres of their bodies are grey.

You meet them along the Ainsel River, at the Uhl Palace Ruins and in Perfumer’s Grotto on the Altus Plateau. The one in the grotto can also be seen from Altus Tunnel, and it will attack you there too.
