Man-Fly
Man-Flies are what is left of people who caught a terrible fly sickness. They are blindfolded, wrapped in soiled linen, with large veined wings on their backs and long insect abdomens. They crawl on all six limbs, and can buzz up to hover just above the ground. They like filth and gather in sewers, cisterns and other foul places.
You find them in the Gravesite Plain, in Belurat, Tower Settlement, at the Abandoned Ailing Village, in the Abyssal Woods and the Village of the Flies, and around Rauh Base and the Ancient Ruins of Rauh. A variant called the Man-Fly Spitter attacks only from range.

How to beat it
A Man-Fly cannot attack while it is airborne, so be patient and hit it when it lands. Spitters have no melee attacks at all, so rush them down first. In Belurat, skip poison, since those ones do not build it up.
Lore
Man-Flies were once hornsent struck by fly sickness. Many of the sick were thrown from the wooden platform at the Abandoned Ailing Village, and their bodies piled up in the Ellac River below. The change is said to have ended their suffering, and those who cared for them never caught it. A hornsent moldmonger later grew their flesh and blood into Fly Mold. You can also summon two Man-Flies and a Spitter yourself with the Man-Fly Ashes.
