Imbued Sword Key
A special key that reactivates one of the dormant Sending Gates at The Four Belfries. Each key is used up when you insert it, so every gate costs one key. You can carry up to four.
The gates lead to some otherwise unreachable spots: Crumbling Lands takes you to an isolated part of Crumbling Farum Azula with the Pearldrake Talisman, Night Sky Unceasing drops you in a sealed-off corner of Nokron, Eternal City with the Mottled Necklace, and Precipice of Anticipation sends you back to the starting area for a rematch with the Grafted Scion.

Where to find it
Four keys exist per playthrough:
- The Four Belfries: in a chest near The Four Belfries Site of Grace.
- Academy of Raya Lucaria: on the rooftops, northwest of the Debate Parlor Site of Grace.
- Caelid: in a chest outside Sellia, Town of Sorcery, close to the Sellia Under-Stair Site of Grace. A Twinsage Scholar guards it.
- Castle Ensis (Realm of Shadow): in a chest inside a tower southwest of the Castle-Lord’s Chamber Site of Grace. Take the lower western opening from the grace and ride the elevator.
Notes & tips
- Keys are needed for parts of Nepheli Loux‘s and White Mask VarrĂ©‘s questlines, so do not spend them all carelessly.
- The Precipice of Anticipation area also holds Stormhawk Deenh and the body of your former Finger Maiden, which ties into VarrĂ©’s quest.
