Lightning-Shrouding Cracked Tear

A crystal tear for the Flask of Wondrous Physick. Mixed in, it raises your lightning damage by 20% for three minutes (12.5% in PvP), which makes it a good pick for lightning-infused weapons or incantations before a tough fight.
