Temple Quarter

The Temple Quarter is a ruined temple complex half sunk into the lake, southwest of the Academy of Raya Lucaria. Albinaurics and glintstone Miranda flowers live among the ruins.

Just to the north is a small island where Glintstone Dragon Smarag lies sleeping, and next to it is the Academy Glintstone Key you need to enter the Academy. You can grab the key without waking the dragon if you are careful, or fight it for its Dragon Heart.
