Great Oracular Bubble

Great Oracular Bubble creates one huge magic bubble that floats toward enemies and then bursts. Charging delays the pop, so you can time it to catch foes.

It needs 25 Intelligence and 18 Arcane, so it is aimed at hybrid sorcerers who invest in Arcane. It is an odd, playful spell with a slow, drifting attack.

Where to find it

Kill the Scarab surrounded by Claymen inside a large building in the southwestern part of the area with the Dragonkin Soldier in Siofra River. You can reach that area through a portal in some ruins south of the Worshippers’ Woods Site of Grace, or by careful platforming down from Nokron, Eternal City, at the northeast end of the long bridge after the Mimic Tear fight.
