Golden Seed

One of the most valuable items in the game. Using a Golden Seed adds an extra use to your Sacred Flask, which you can then split between the Flask of Crimson Tears and the Flask of Cerulean Tears. It is applied after resting at a site of grace.

More flask charges make every fight more forgiving, so pick these up whenever you spot a small golden sapling glowing at the base of a tree.

Chapel of Anticipation: one of the keepsake choices at character creation.
Limgrave: near Stormhill Shack on the road past Stormgate, and inside the shack itself after Roderika has moved to the Roundtable Hold.
By the entrance to Fort Haight, and from Kenneth Haight.
Dropped by the Ulcerated Tree Spirit in Fringefolk Hero’s Grave.
Weeping Peninsula: near the path to Castle Morne.
Stormveil Castle: near the Secluded Cell site of grace and the room where Nepheli Loux is met, plus another dropped by the Ulcerated Tree Spirit in the lower part of the castle.
Liurnia of the Lakes: near Academy Gate Town; in Caria Manor past the room with the Manor Upper Level site of grace; at the end of the bridge north of the Main Academy Gate site of grace; and south-west of the Ravine-Veiled Village site of grace, near the Ruin-Strewn Precipice.

When the Elden Ring shattered, these seeds flew out of the Erdtree and scattered across the lands, as though life itself sensed that its end was coming. They are found at the roots of illusory trees.
