Scholar’s Armament

Scholar’s Armament adds magic damage to the weapon in your right hand for 90 seconds. It can be cast while moving.

It needs only 12 Intelligence and is a strong pick for a fighter-mage. The added damage does not depend on the weapon’s own damage, so it gives a big boost to fast but weak weapons.
