The Flame of Frenzy

The Flame of Frenzy makes yellow fire burst out of your eyes. It deals damage and builds up madness, and charging extends its reach.

It needs only 16 Faith, but it has two big catches: it also builds madness on you, and the madness only affects Tarnished, meaning other players and human-type foes. It is mostly a PvP gimmick for frenzied flame builds.

Item description & lore

Notes & tips

  • You build up madness yourself when casting.
  • Madness only works on Tarnished, so most monsters are unaffected.
