Omen

Omen are people born with horns, a mark that once was treated as divine and later became a reason to shun them.

The first one you are likely to meet is in Stormveil Castle. Others wait in Cliffbottom Catacombs, around the Altus Plateau, at the Abandoned Coffin, in Auriza Hero’s Grave and near the Minor Erdtree (Altus Plateau). The strongest live in the Subterranean Shunning-Grounds under the capital.

How to beat it

Take your time with Omen, learn their swings, and punish after their attacks end. The ones in the Shunning-Grounds are much tougher than the early ones, so come prepared.

Lore

In ancient times, newborns with horns were seen as blessed. The hornsent believed the horns, a gift of the primordial Crucible, marked them as a chosen people. Under Queen Marika, those Crucible traits came to be seen as impurities, and those who carried them were cut off from the Grace of Gold.

Many famous foes are Omen: Margit, the Fell Omen, Morgott, the Omen King, Mohg, the Omen and Mohg, Lord of Blood, and the Fell Twins on the bridge to the Divine Tower of East Altus. The Dung Eater‘s curse is tied to Omen rebirth as well.
