Craft it after finding the Nomadic Warrior’s Cookbook 7, at the end of a broken bridge toward Liurnia of the Lakes, north of the Stormhill Shack and east of Stormveil Castle. Ready-made ones can be found:

• Woodfolk Ruins: near a wall surrounded by slugs.
• Morne Tunnel: in a side tunnel at the end, opposite the boss door.
• Divine Tower of Limgrave: on the first part of the bridge, behind the waygate to the second part.
• Nokron, Eternal City: three under an archway just before the building holding the Fingerslayer Blade.
• Mountaintops of the Giants: south-southeast of the Ancient Snow Valley Ruins Site of Grace, just below the bridge south of Stargazer’s Ruins.
