Castle Front

Castle Front is a large military camp in the northern Gravesite Plain, on the east side of the Ellac Greatbridge. Several main roads meet at this checkpoint, and the soldiers of Messmer the Impaler are not keen on visitors.

Expect Messmer Soldiers, Messmer Foot Soldiers, Messmerfire Strays, Perfumers, a ballista cart and a greathammer-wielding Black Knight. A beheaded statue of Queen Marika holds a Scadutree Fragment, and crows roost on the impaled bodies around the camp.

From here a bridge to the northeast leads to Castle Ensis, the road east bends south toward the Dragon’s Pit and the Suppressing Pillar, and the lower part of Fog Rift Fort lies to the northwest.
