Palace Approach Ledge-Road
The Palace Approach Ledge-Road is a Site of Grace below some ancient ruins at Mohgwyn Palace. It looks out over a bottomless gorge toward a swamp of blood, and the road beyond leads to a wide lake of blood pooled around giant petrified trees.
The road northeast is full of Second-Generation Albinaurics who mostly sit around or sleep on the ground, while a few Sanguine Albinaurics actually patrol. A Giant Crow stalks the swamp. There are no NPCs or bosses here.
This is one of the best rune-farming spots in the game. A wide area-of-effect attack can wipe out the hillside of sleeping albinaurics at once, and even a weak character can hit the Giant Crow with a single arrow or bolt: it charges after you and runs right off the cliff.

Notable loot
- Bloodrose x5
- Golden Rune [11] x2
- Smithing Stone [6]
How to get there
- Use the Sending Gate by the western cliffs of the Consecrated Snowfield, northwest of the Yelough Anix Ruins. It only works after you defeat a Sanguine Noble invader nearby. The gate leads to a cave that comes out at this grace.
- If you used the Pureblood Knight’s Medal instead, walk or ride here from the Mohgwyn Dynasty Mausoleum.
