Belurat Gaol

Belurat Gaol is a cold, cramped prison buried underground. It is full of jars and the Jar Innards that crawl out of them, and Frozen Maggots can be gathered here.

Deep inside you face Demi-Human Swordmaster Onze, an optional boss and a surprisingly skilled swordsman.

How to get there

The gaol lies by the lake near the Abandoned Ailing Village. A Great Katana rests in the middle of that lake, guarded by a sleeping Ghostflame Dragon.

Lore

Onze discovered that only ruin waited at the end of the stars, and he locked himself away here to try to hold off that fate. His apprentice Yosh refused to leave him and lived out his days by his master’s side.
