Grand Lift of Dectus

The Grand Lift of Dectus is a huge lift built into the cliffs at the northern end of the Bellum Highway, watched over by four giant statues. It takes you from Liurnia of the Lakes straight up to the Altus Plateau.

To make it move, you need to unite both halves of the Dectus Medallion: the left half from Fort Haight in Limgrave, and the right half from Fort Faroth in Caelid. Without them, the Ruin-Strewn Precipice is the other way up.
