Where to find it

Only ten can be obtained per playthrough. Known sources include:

Liurnia of the Lakes (Main Academy Gate): behind the southern gate of the Academy of Raya Lucaria, guarded by a Bloodhound Knight.
Caria Manor: bought from Pidia, Carian Servant (one, 5,000 runes).
Ainsel River (Sluice Gate): on a corpse hanging from a ledge west of the Site of Grace.
Ainsel River: above the entrance to the Uhl Palace Ruins.
Ainsel River (Downstream): bought from the Hermit Merchant there (one, 7,500 runes).
Siofra River (Ancestral Woods): on a corpse in the ruins overlooking the lower section of Nokron, Eternal City.
Siofra River (Night’s Sacred Ground): on a corpse northwest of the Site of Grace.
Nokstella, Eternal City: on a corpse under some ruins, with another nearby.

Item description & lore

In the backstory, Radagon of the Golden Order anointed himself with Celestial Dew at the Church of Vows, repenting for his conquests before marrying Rennala, Queen of the Full Moon.

Notes & tips

It does not revive murdered NPCs, so it will not undo a kill.
With only ten per playthrough, save them for when you really need them.
