Great Glintstone Shard

Great Glintstone Shard launches a bigger glintstone projectile than the basic shard. You can fire it repeatedly and while moving, so it works well as an everyday attack for any Intelligence build.

It is essentially a straight upgrade over Glintstone Pebble: more damage per cast at a similar firing rate and a little more range.

Where to find it

Give the Academy Scroll to Sorceress Sellen, Miriel, Pastor of Vows or Preceptor Seluvis, then buy it for 2,000 Runes. If that teacher dies before you buy it, trade their Bell Bearing to the Twin Maiden Husks at the Roundtable Hold and buy it there for the same price.

Be careful: if Sellen, Miriel and Seluvis all die before you hand over the scroll, this sorcery is lost until your next journey.

Item description & lore

One of the academy’s glintstone sorceries. Students who did not have what it takes to wear the stone crown tended to stop their studies at this point.

Notes & tips

  • Can be cast repeatedly and on the move.
  • Fills the same role as Glintstone Pebble but hits harder for a bit more FP.
