Magic Glintblade

Magic Glintblade creates a sigil above you, and after a short delay a glintblade shoots out of it toward an enemy. You can cast it while moving, and charging lengthens the delay.

It needs only 14 Intelligence. The delay lets you cast it and then keep fighting while the blade comes in later, which suits a crafty sorcerer.

Where to find it

Buy it from Miriel, Pastor of Vows at the Church of Vows for 3,000 Runes. If Miriel dies before you buy it, give Miriel’s Bell Bearing to the Twin Maiden Husks at the Roundtable Hold and buy it there.
