Where to find it

Use an Imbued Sword Key on the Sending Gate at The Four Belfries marked as the way to the Precipice of Anticipation. This takes you back to the Chapel of Anticipation, where you face the Grafted Scion again. Beat it, go through the side door that was locked before, and climb to the rooftop to find the ashes.

Item description & lore

The remains of a hawk that all other hawks once honored as their ruler, back when the gales of Stormveil were fiercer than any other. This old sovereign is too proud to heed a summons from anyone.
